Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR Manager to lead and join our HR Shared Services Department. This role requires an experienced professional with the energy and vision to transform our HRA department, establish new standards and structures, and bring experience from running full spectrum HR. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving HR initiatives that support our business objectives and foster a positive work culture.

Duties and Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s

goals and growth plans.

Lead the transformation of the HR department, setting new standards and structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Utilize experience from running HR in a listed company to ensure best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance on career development and succession planning.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.

Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner.

Implement programs that promote employee well-being and satisfaction.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Oversee the implementation of training programs, ensuring they align with business objectives.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure our offerings remain attractive and cost-effective.

Provide guidance on compensation-related matters, including salary reviews and incentive programs.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with best practices and legal requirements.

Manage HR-related risks and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

HR Operations:

Oversee the day-to-day HRA operations, including payroll, benefits administration, office administration and employee records.

Implement HR systems and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.

Strong knowledge of HRA best practices, labour laws, and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated ability to transform HR functions and drive strategic initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Experience running HR in a listed company.

Experience in a high-growth, agile environment preferred.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Proficiency in HR software and systems.
