HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at A SPEED NETWORK TECHNOLOGIES (M) SDN. BHD. in our Pusat Bandar Damansara, Kuala Lumpur office. As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within our organisation, ensuring that our policies, procedures and practices align with our strategic goals and support the development and well-being of our employees. This is a full-time role.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the organisation's objectives
• Managing end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
• Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters to ensure consistent and compliant practices
• Monitoring and analysing HR metrics and data to identify trends and make informed decisions
• Ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaged work culture
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in MS Office applications and HR-related software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
