About Us

This is a well-established engineering hardware supplier in Malaysia, specializing in providing a wide range of industrial tools, equipment, and construction materials. The company supports various sectors including manufacturing, construction, and engineering, offering reliable products and solutions to meet diverse operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment ads, filter applications, and conduct interviews.
  • Assist in conducting recruitment interviews.
  • Strategize manpower planning and drive recruitment to ensure adequate staffing during retail expansion for front-end and back-end teams.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with government rules and regulations.
  • Review and amend Employee Handbook and HR Policies periodically.
  • Ensure timely performance appraisals for staff confirmation, annual reviews, and special appraisals.
  • Source and arrange external or internal training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Conduct counseling sessions for employees when required.
  • Work closely with departmental heads to implement company policies, guide, and train employees to meet requirements.
  • Review and optimize HR Management System settings.
  • Search for workers' hostels as needed, ensure hostel conditions meet SOPs.
  • Manage monthly payroll and compile payroll reports on time (monthly & quarterly).
  • Prepare HR budget reports annually by November.
  • Optimize payroll process to reduce processing time and improve accuracy.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including managing rental costs, company phone lines, stationeries, hostels, petrol cards, etc., and minimize costs.
  • Minimize recruitment budget.
  • Reduce tardiness, absenteeism, and staff turnover rates.
  • Liaise with government authorities and stay updated on grants; plan HRDF claims for internal training and upskilling programs.
  • Conduct bi-yearly staff appraisal reviews and ensure KPIs data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Brief HODs and staff on KPI processes.
  • Organize group activities such as family days, team building, company trips, and monthly lunches.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management or the Board of Directors.

Remuneration Package

Up to MYR 9,000 (depends on experience)
