We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage various HR functions within our property company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.

- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including medical, insurance, and retirement plans.
- Conduct regular salary and benefits reviews to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Screen and interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Organize and facilitate team-building activities and social events.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and address concerns.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on various topics, such as leadership, communication, and technical skills.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
HR Operations:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to track performance and identify trends.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field, including at least 5 years in a managerial or senior executive role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
