A leading company in healthcare seeks a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions, formulate strategies, and ensure compliance with employment laws. · Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including Manpower Planning, Training & Development, Talent Management, and more.
· Formulate HR strategies supporting business objectives.
· Forecast manpower needs aligned with business goals.
· Improve HR practices by developing and implementing systems.
· Analyse misconduct cases and make recommendations.
· Ensure statutory compliance and implement industry well-being initiatives.
· Perform other duties as directed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
Minimum 10 years HR experience in hospitals.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
