What Will You Do?

As the HR, you will serve as the crucial link between employees and management. You will be responsible for ensuring a harmonious balance that supports both employee well-being and business objectives, contributing directly to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and EA form preparation.
  2. Recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance.
  3. Arrange and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
  4. Act as a liaison between employees and employers to maintain clear and effective communication.
  5. Onboarding and offboarding.
  6. Implement disciplinary action when required and manage resignations or terminations.
  7. Monitor performance and productivity, providing timely feedback to improve business outcomes.
  8. Foster smooth communication within and between different teams and departments, resolving potential conflicts and creating an understanding working culture.
  9. Handle all documents like offer letters, confirmations, promotions, PIPs, show cause, and warning letters when required.
  10. Conduct investigations of misconduct of employees.
  11. Apply active problem-solving skills or handle any ad hoc incidents.
  12. Encourage employee training and development programs, ensuring continuous professional growth.
  13. Maintain and cultivate a positive company culture, addressing issues and nurturing employee engagement.
