Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Staffing
  • Reduce time-to-fill for open roles, especially business-critical positions.

  • Ensure quality of hire through structured onboarding, performance tracking, and review metrics.

  • Monitor and lower new hire turnover, fostering long-term retention from day one.

Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Lead employee engagement and improve workplace culture.

  • Maintain a healthy turnover rate, below industry benchmarks.

  • Drive the retention of high performers via targeted career planning and recognition programs.

Compliance & Policy Adherence
  • Achieve top-tier audit compliance in HR practices across local labor regulations.

  • Resolve employee grievances promptly, targeting minimal grievance resolution time.

  • Maintain a low incident rate involving non-compliance, harassment, or workplace conflicts.

Performance & Development
  • Drive 100% completion of performance reviews across all departments.

  • Ensure high training completion rates for mandatory and developmental programs.

  • Promote internal mobility and raise the internal promotion rate.

Operational Excellence
  • Optimize HR cost per employee while ensuring service excellence.

  • Monitor and manage absenteeism to remain within defined thresholds.

  • Resolve payroll and benefits queries swiftly and accurately.

Workplace Culture & Relations
  • Uphold high resolution rates of employee complaints with empathy and fairness.

  • Build strong partnerships with managers and improve manager satisfaction scores.

  • Boost participation in engagement activities, wellness, and community programs.

Data & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, ensuring legal and data protection compliance.

  • Deliver timely HC reports to leadership as per monthly/quarterly cycles.

  • Create and improve data integrity scores in all HR systems and analytics.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of HRBP or HR Manager experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of local labor laws, payroll systems, and compliance requirements.

  • Proven track record in driving talent strategies and organizational development.

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
