Drive 100% completion of performance reviews across all departments.
Ensure high training completion rates for mandatory and developmental programs.
Promote internal mobility and raise the internal promotion rate.
Optimize HR cost per employee while ensuring service excellence.
Monitor and manage absenteeism to remain within defined thresholds.
Resolve payroll and benefits queries swiftly and accurately.
Uphold high resolution rates of employee complaints with empathy and fairness.
Build strong partnerships with managers and improve manager satisfaction scores.

5+ years of HRBP or HR Manager experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of local labor laws, payroll systems, and compliance requirements.
Proven track record in driving talent strategies and organizational development.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence across functions and manage change effectively.
