We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave policies.
  • Foster a positive working environment and address employee grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Lead performance review and talent development initiatives.
  • Provide support and guidance to management on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
