Qualifications
- Preferably HR or Psychology diploma/degree holder; Business course students are also acceptable.
- 2-5 years relevant experience preferred, although fresh graduates are also welcomed. Job title offered will be based on relevant experience.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for various day-to-day HR Center of Excellence operations.
- HR C&B Partner to employees and department stakeholders for HR issue resolution and C&B initiatives.
- Attend to employees' HR-related enquiries relative to standard HR policies through HR supporting channels such as face-to-face interaction, emails & HR Helpdesk platform.
- End-to-end administration of employee job movement & compensation package calibration.
- Leave & Medical Benefits Management.
- Expatriate contract renewal administration.
- Analyze trends and data reporting to develop solutions & policies for HR continuous improvements.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit management.
- Maintenance of company personnel files (P-files) and records.
- Provide administrative support for HR automation projects.
- Participate and/or support other ad-hoc tasks/projects upon request.
