Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who is strong in driving recruitment activities and able to support management in maintaining a high standard of HR functions within the organization.

What You'll Do...

  1. Recruitment: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job description preparation, identifying suitable recruitment channels, sourcing, shortlisting applications, coordinating interviews, and issuing employment offers.
  2. Onboarding: Initiate system onboarding processes as per company requirements, ensure new employees’ assets are prepared prior to onboarding, and conduct in-house induction programs while keeping track of employment confirmation.
  3. Offboarding: Initiate system offboarding processes, ensure resignee asset clearance, and manage exit procedures.
  4. Employee Relations: Responsible for employee engagement activities, handle employee inquiries regarding welfare and benefits, address grievances and complaints, and support management with legislation and labor department matters.

What You'll Need...

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Strong recruitment skills, ideally within the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Self-starter, resourceful, team player, and able to work with people at all levels.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint); experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage.
