HR Generalist

Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who is strong in driving recruitment activities and able to support management in maintaining a high standard of HR functions within the organization.


What You'll Do...
  • Recruitment: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job description preparation, sourcing, shortlisting applications, coordinating interviews, and issuing employment offers.
  • Onboarding: Initiate system onboarding processes as per company requirements, ensure new employees' assets are ready prior to onboarding, and conduct in-house induction programs, keeping track of employment confirmation.
  • Offboarding: Initiate system offboarding processes and ensure resignee asset clearance.
  • Employee Relations: Responsible for employee engagement and recreation activities, handle enquiries related to welfare and benefits, manage employee grievances and complaints, and support management with legislation and labour department matters.
What You'll Need...
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Strong recruitment skills, preferably within the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Self-starter, resourceful, team player, and able to work with people at all levels.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint); experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage.
