We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on HR Executive (noon shift from 2pm - 11pm) to manage and support HR operations at our warehouse. This role is critical to ensure manpower efficiency, optimize workforce planning, and handle foreign worker management (including operators and support staff). You will work closely with warehouse leaders and the HR team to drive high performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations for warehouse employees, including attendance, discipline, and workforce allocation.
- Monitor and improve manpower efficiency to meet operational KPIs and productivity targets.
- Manage the full lifecycle of foreign workers: recruitment (dealing with outsourcing agents), onboarding, documentation, etc.
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors to plan shift arrangements, overtime requirements, and manpower deployment.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutions in line with company policies and labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment regulations, especially related to foreign workers and labor rights.
- Coordinate with external vendors (outsourcing agents) to manage foreign worker support services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for warehouse staff, including contracts, permits, and HR system data entry.
- Support HR audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives for warehouse staff to foster a positive working environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, immigration regulations, and best practices in foreign worker management.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; ability to speak Mandarin or other languages is an added advantage (for foreign worker communication).
- Must be able to work in shift daily (2pm-11pm).
