A leading recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Executive to oversee employee benefits administration and compensation support. The role involves managing relationships with vendors, conducting salary benchmarking, and requires a degree in HR or Business Admin. Oversee day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including medical and group insurance enrolments and updates.
Liaise with external vendors to resolve employee benefit issues and ensure smooth delivery of services.
Ensure timely processing of payments to benefits providers.
Generate regular reports to track benefits usage and identify trends.
Work closely with HR Business Partners to address employee benefits-related queries.
2. Compensation Support
Assist in the regional salary benchmarking process by gathering and compiling compensation data from various sources.
Conduct market research on salary trends and benefits practices to support business growth planning and HR strategies.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in Total Rewards are encouraged to apply.
Candidate with internship - 1 year of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on benefits administration
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data tools like Tableau or Power BI is a bonus.
Comfortable working with data – able to gather, analyze, and present findings clearly.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to support and collaborate across teams.
