HR Executive/Sr. Excutive ( Payroll & C&B)

Our client is a well known MNC automotive company with established brands in the ASEAN region. They are currently looking for a HR Payroll / C&B Specialist to be based in their KL Office. The incumbent will support payroll operations in Malaysia and also the markets in the ASEAN region.

Job Description

Responsible for the full spectrum of in-house payroll administration, ensuring payroll result accuracy and timeliness, and audit risk free:

1. Process in-house payroll, review payroll advice, perform and validate payroll calculations and reconciliations in compliance with the payroll calendar, company policies and income tax & statutory regulations.
2. Meet service expectations on payroll accuracy and timeliness and achieve successful audits.
3. Prepare and submit Payroll Reports, Statutory Reports, and Income Tax Reports.
4. Create/Maintain payroll documentation (Work process, pay advice, approval documents, etc.).
5. Maintain data updates in HR information systems.
6. Participate in projects to drive work simplification, digitization, and automation.
7. Manage stakeholders and employees; query handling, communication, and training.

Job Requirements

1. At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business/HR/Mathematics/Accounting.
2. Preferred 2 - 5 years of payroll experience.
3. An appetite to learn.
4. Independent, meticulous, time-conscious, and organized.
5. Able to work in a team.
6. Experience with SAP HR system is a plus.

Remuneration:

Up to RM8,000
