About the role

As the HR Executive (Recruitment) at A-Look Eyewear Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in attracting and securing top talent for the company. This full-time position is based in Puchong Jaya, Selangor, and will involve managing the entire recruitment lifecycle to support the company's growth and development.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates

Screening and evaluating job applications to shortlist the best-fit candidates

Coordinating and conducting interviews, assessments, and background checks

Extending job offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires

Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements

Providing regular updates and reporting on the recruitment pipeline and KPIs
