Job summary

A leading automotive company is seeking a Recruitment Executive to manage and enhance their hiring strategies. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, along with at least two years of recruitment experience. The successful candidate will utilize their strong knowledge in recruitment processes and demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the selection process.

- Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.

- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.

- Analyse and optimize the entire recruitment process and refine the recruitment policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates' qualifications.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Be fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
