Job description

Due to the company’s business expansion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing the full cycle of the recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new hires. They collaborate with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make job offers. They also maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying and Defining Hiring Needs: Working with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, including skills, experience, and desired qualifications.
  2. Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Developing and implementing diverse sourcing strategies, such as online job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a qualified pool of candidates.
  3. Candidate Screening and Assessment: Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial assessments, and using various tools to evaluate candidate skills and qualifications.
  4. Interview Coordination and Conduct: Organizing and conducting interviews, both virtually and in person, to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
  5. Offer Management: Extending job offers, negotiating compensation packages, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  6. Onboarding Support: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  7. Record Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  8. Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory guidelines during the recruitment process.
  9. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing recruitment procedures.
  10. Additional Responsibilities: May involve developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations issues, and assisting with training and development programs, as well as payroll and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment and HR management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as eHRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
  • Ability to start immediately or on short notice is preferred.

Additional:

  • Working Days: 5 days (Monday–Friday)
  • Working Hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
