What you'll be doing

Recruitment

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional team managers and support workforce planning for new store openings.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

Support and contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Coordinate and facilitate smooth on-boarding processes to ensure a positive candidate-to-employee transition.

Payroll

Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and timely, including attendance tracking, overtime calculation, claims processing, and statutory deductions compliance.

Handle industrial relations matters, ensuring effective communication and resolution between management and employees.

Support employee relations initiatives to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Oversee HR operations to ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.

Maintain accurate HR records and assist with audits and reporting requirements.

What we're looking for

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in Payroll or Recruitment functions/Fresh Graduates who are passionate about pursuing a career in HR is welcome to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.

Good understanding of Malaysian Labor Laws and general HR best practices.

Detail-oriented, with strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Must be willing to travel based on business or assignment needs.
