Job summary

A leading food products company is seeking 2 Junior/HR Executives to manage hiring, training, and payroll processes. As part of the role, you will prepare employment contracts and maintain staff records. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and strong communication skills in Chinese, English, and Malay, alongside a diploma or degree in business.

Hi we are looking for 2 headcounts of Junior / HR Executive.

Responsibilities:

Handle hiring and training ,salary computation and performance appraisal of workers, general staff and executives.

Prepare staff employment contracts, update staff personal files and records.

Update and record job descriptions.

Apply and update work permits.

Handle training arrangement and maintain training record.

Apply HRDF.

Arrange training payment.

Time Management update and record.

Payroll Computation/upload payroll.

Check annual leave record.

Prepare minutes meeting.

Weekly working hours and headcount report.

Verify the invoice for the Human Resources Department.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or SPM with relevant working experience in HR Field.

Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.

Able to communicate fluently in Chinese, English and Malay.

Computer knowledgein Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Words, Power point.

Familiar with employment act.

Conscientious, good team spirit and good independent.

Kim Man is a popular bun manufacturer, there are around 400 Kim Man stalls in Johor.

In 2001, Kim Man started in Taman Universiti, Johor Bahru. Kim Man is started from a small business in a shop. Both presidents, Mr. Ding and Mr.Yek work hard, started to prepare ingredients before dawn every day.

In 2002, it was a business turning year for Kim Man. The shop owner decided to sell the shop. So, in order to continue their business, Mr. Ding and Mr.Yek have to move their business to other shoplot. That night of moving business to other shoplot, Mr. Ding and Mr.Yek were discussing their future plan for Kim Man. After the discussion, both of them decided to have a wholesale package to those who are interested to do this business. After that, Kim Man stalls also keep increasing one by one.

In 2009, Kim Man has more than 180 stalls, therefore Kim Man was facing the shortage of products. Then, both presidents decided to move to factory in Shahbandar, Johor.

In 2012, both president invest the factory beside Kim Man for business expansion purposes.
