Job description

Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, and candidate follow-up.

Be familiar with Malaysia's mainstream recruitment channels (such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, campus recruitment, etc.), and optimize recruitment strategies.

Participate in campus recruitment projects and establish long-term partnerships with universities.

Ensure that the recruitment process complies with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.

Analyze recruitment data, optimize recruitment efficiency, and shorten the job filling cycle.

Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, in human resources management, psychology, or related majors are preferred.

At least 2 years of recruitment-related experience, with preference for candidates with local recruitment experience in Malaysia.

Be familiar with Malaysian labor laws and recruitment market trends.

Have excellent communication skills and be able to manage the recruitment process independently.

Proficient in using ATS (recruitment management system) and social media recruitment tools.
