Job description

To be based in Head Office, Ipoh, Perak.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit monthly FW reports and make sure the accuracy and timeliness.

Oversee administrative tasks related to foreign workers, including Check-Out Memo (COM), ABS, 1st year sticker applications, and other related documentation.

Manage all payments associated with FW operations, including recruiting agents, transportation costs, and other related expenses.

Coordinate FW arrival and clearance processes at KLIA, ensuring smooth and compliant onboarding.

Liaise and coordinate with authorized FW agents.

Uphold compliance with the company’s “No Recruitment Fee” policy and ensure ethical hiring practices.

Maintain and monitor all foreign worker recruitment documentation in alignment with quota cycles and regulatory requirements.

Support audits related to FW management at the various Operating Centres (OCs).

Analyze FW data to support workforce planning and decision-making.

Assist with immigration-related matters, including liaison with Immigration Offices in Ipoh and Putrajaya.

Handle source country interviews.

Coordinate the receipt and return of passports to and from OCs.

Any other jobs assigned from time to time.

2. Recruitment:

Support the planning and participation in career fairs to attract talents.

Assist in delivering induction sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Undertake other recruitment-related tasks and special assignments as needed.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource/ Management/ Sciences or equivalent from recognized universities with minimum CGPA 3.0.

Working experience of 1 – 2 years in Human Resource is added advantage.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Strong analytical and data gathering skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

Must be willing to be based in Ipoh.

Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
