A leading company in telecommunications seeks an HR Executive to develop and implement effective HR strategies. This role involves managing talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws, all aimed at enhancing organizational performance. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR or Business Administration and strong interpersonal skills.
Subsidiary of well known Public Listed Company (PLC) involved in Telecommunication & Network businesses.

Basic Salary from RM4000 - RM5500
Mainly handle Payroll, recruitment, KPI settings.
Key Responsibilities of HR Executives Role
To develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
To handle Talent Acquisition, oversee recruitment efforts, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
To handle Compensation and Benefits (C&B) , administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with labor laws.
Develop and maintain performance appraisal systems, feedback mechanisms, and goal-setting processes.
To handle Employee Relations, manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Handle Legal Compliance, ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable and inclusive work environment.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other technology solutions.
Cultivate a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and retention.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans related to human capital.
To assist management in managing HR budget effectively, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
To use data-driven insights to make informed HR decisions and continuously improve HR processes.
Prepare monthly Payroll
To assist in coordinate ISO training and awareness program to employee regarding ISO standards and their roles in compliance.
To assist in Audits- Plan and coordinate internal audit to access compliance to ISO standards. Prepare for and assist with external audit by certification bodies.
To assist in prepare report & documentation required for ISO certification or recertification process.
Job Requirement :
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience in HR related.
Generalist experience will be a bonus.
With ISO experience is an additional plus (not compulsory)
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR related software
Arrange own transport and must be willing to work at Bay Avenue, Bayan Lepas
