Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment works including advertising, screening, assessment and orientation of candidates.
- Assist in ISO audit.
- Compile SOP and develop HR policy.
- Conduct annual appraisal and staff KPI evaluation.
- Organise staff welfare/events and manage attendance.
- Lead compliance to work safety requirements.

Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment works including advertising, screening, assessment and orientation of candidates.
- Assist in ISO audit.
- Coordinate and compile SOP.
- Develop HR policy in line with market and industry practice.
- Conduct annual appraisal and staff KPI evaluation.
- Organise monthly and yearly staff welfare/events.
- Coordinate HR matters for Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam.
- Check staff leave and attendance management; coordinate with department heads on staff attendance, welfare and disciplinary issues.
- Lead compliance to relevant work safety requirements, OSHA & Covid-19 procedures, and handle administration works such as license renewal, office matters, pantry refreshments and logistics.
- Create & maintain a good office working atmosphere and team spirit in the company.
- Perform other ad‑hoc works assigned.
Qualifications
- Possess a Degree, Diploma, or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in a related field – driven, able to learn, and determined to succeed over specific qualifications.
- Able to write and speak in English – exceptional communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Malaysian Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relation Act 1967 or Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 is an added advantage.
