· Assist with job postings on the company website, job boards, and social media.

· Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.

· Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees.

· Manage HR documentation and prepare various employment letters.

· Maintain and update employee records (personal details, attendance, leaves).

· File HR documents (contracts, policies, performance reviews).

· Assist with employees’ insurance policies and claims.

· Administer employee compensation accurately, including bonuses, leaves, overtime, and claims.

Employee Support & Engagement:

· Respond to basic employee HR inquiries (leave policies, benefits).

· Coordinate monthly lunch sessions with staff and extend 1-hour lunch breaks for staff engagement.

· Support employee recognition programs.

Compliance & Policy Assistance:

· Ensure HR files meet legal and company requirements.

· Implement HR policies and procedures.

Learning & Development Support:

· Coordinate training logistics (booking rooms, tracking attendance).

Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years proven experience in HR roles.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaising with employees at all levels.

Understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.

Strategic and analytical thinking skills to identify and implement effective HR solutions.
