Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts; handle employee inquiries and requests related to HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Set performance goals and objectives yearly, half yearly, or quarterly.
- Regularly report on sales performance and the performance evaluation processes to COO.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and practices.
- Participate in organisational planning and provide HR insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business administration, psychology or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and other HR functions is valuable.
