Job summary

A leading cleaning services company in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Executive to handle payroll, foreign worker documentation, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have relevant HR experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of Malaysian immigration regulations and fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay are required for this role.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience in handling foreign workers.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian immigration regulations and work permit processes.
  • Language Required: Mandarin, English and Malay.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly attendance sheets and payroll transactions.
  • Monitor foreign workers' documentation and medical checkups.
  • Update leave application status and coordinate with bank officers.

Job description

• Prepare monthly project site’s attendance sheet, thumbprints records and photos to accounts dept.

• Handle on monthly casual wages of payroll transaction, entries for deduction and Merchantrade bank payroll report to supervisors.

• Prepare monthly blank casual wages sheets, attendance form, and payment method documents for supervisors.

• Monitor and manage the foreign worker’s passport, FOMEMA medical checkup, permit renewal, and check-out memo with agent.

• Check and verify on agent invoices related to foreign worker’s service charges prior to payment processing.

• Update on foreign worker’s leave application status to management and set in the google calendar.

• Prepare HR correspondence letter regarding foreign worker documentation and related.

• Coordinate with Merchantrade officer for the opening of new bank accounts and resolve any foreign worker’s disputes related to bank information.

• Perform others administrative tasks such as purchasing office stationery, collecting mailbox letter, collect company’s hostel tenant list & checking hostel utilities bills.

• Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM education level and above.

• Possess own transportation.

• Possess good communication skills.

• Experience in HR payroll system (HR2000) is an added advantage.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience in handling foreign workers.

• Knowledge of Malaysian immigration regulations and work permit processes.

• Language Required: Mandarin, English and Malay.

• Malaysian citizens holder with age between 25 – 40 years old.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Preferable candidate stay near by Kepong Area.

• Preferable candidate could start work in short period.
