We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations. This role will focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance support, and HR administration.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and orientation for new hires.
Assist in the performance review process and help identify training and development needs.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
Support employee engagement activities such as team building, sports and festive celebrations, and help organize internal events and initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, supporting a positive and respectful workplace.
Handle offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (CGPA 3.5 and above preferred).
1–2 years of experience in HR or a similar role, with knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of staff.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters professionally.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and using HR data for decision-making.
