Job summary

A leading integrated technical services provider is seeking an HR Executive to support their talent management and business objectives. The role involves overseeing employee engagement, performance management, and compliance in HR processes. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Human Resources and possess at least 3 years of relevant HR experience, contributing to a harmonious work environment and effective HR operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 3 years of experiences in Human Resources, preferably in HR Operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Focal Point for HR policy communication and implementation.
• Facilitate the implementation of the Performance Management System.
• Manage all HR information and employee data in the HRIS system.

HR Executive activities and initiatives to ensure effective delivery aligned to Dialog Group's talent and business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Act as the Focal Point for Dialog Group employee engagement, particularly on HR policy communication and implementation, managing conflicts, responding to staff queries and complaints to ensure a harmonious working environment.

Oversee documentation and compliance of processes in all Employee Relations matters including performance management, disciplinary issues, resignations.

Facilitate the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure adherence with the PMS processes by all levels of employees to ensure that performance planning, mid-year and year-end performance reviews and appraisals, performance evaluation meetings are conducted in an objective and fair manner.

Manage all HR information and employee data to ensure accurate and timely update in the HRIS system.

Generate analysis and produce reports relating to HR Operations matters.

Manage all the administrative tasks on appointment, confirmation, transfer, redesignation, increment and resignation of employees.

Job requirements:

Minimum a Degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualifications.

At least 3 years of experiences in Human Resources, preferably in HR Operations.
