Role Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute effective hiring strategies to ensure timely recruitment and fulfillment of manpower needs.
  2. Manage smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
  3. Coordinate performance assessment processes, including probation confirmation and annual reviews, and compile data for management review.
  4. Prepare and manage data collection for training and development programs; assist in coordinating execution and post-training follow-up.
  5. Gather relevant information and propose staff engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  6. Prepare confidential HR correspondences, including offer letters, disciplinary letters, and official communications with government authorities.
  7. Assist in maintaining accurate records of staff attendance and tardiness.
  8. Manage ad-hoc HR projects and handle personnel administrative tasks related to staff benefits and wellbeing.
Candidate Profile:
  • A Degree in Human Resources or related field (other disciplines are also welcome).
  • Good writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Tactful and clear communicator, able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Fresh graduates passionate about people, customer service, and documentation are encouraged to apply.
