Job summary

A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking an HR Executive to manage comprehensive HR activities. This role involves recruitment, payroll management, policy compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma and at least 2 years of experience in HR, along with strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of relevant laws.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree or Diploma required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and government processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR activities including payroll and employee relations.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees.
  • Ensure HR policy compliance and provide support to HR Manager.

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of all HR activities including payroll, compensation & benefits, leave management, employee relations, and other HR administrative functions.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees.
  • Ensure HR policy compliance across all sections.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.
  • Conduct orientation programs and briefings for new employees.
  • Maintain employees' leave and attendance records, track attendance/absenteeism, and report to HR Manager.
  • Handle matters related to foreign workers' employment such as visa renewal, medical check-ups, and related issues.
  • Liaise with government bodies such as SOCSO, JTK, JKKP, Immigration Department, KDN, HRDF, and others.
  • Coordinate and handle disciplinary notifications, issuance of memos, and communication between management and employees.
  • Advise management on employee relations issues, and revise company policies if necessary.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
  • Education level: Minimum Degree or Diploma.
  • Working experience: At least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Special skills: Knowledge of UBS Payroll is an advantage.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, ISO QMS, and familiarity with government processes is advantageous.
  • Others: Good interpersonal communication skills to engage with people at all levels.
