- Responsible for the full spectrum of all HR activities including payroll, compensation & benefits, leave management, employee relations, and other HR administrative functions.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees.
- Ensure HR policy compliance across all sections.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.
- Conduct orientation programs and briefings for new employees.
- Maintain employees' leave and attendance records, track attendance/absenteeism, and report to HR Manager.
- Handle matters related to foreign workers' employment such as visa renewal, medical check-ups, and related issues.
- Liaise with government bodies such as SOCSO, JTK, JKKP, Immigration Department, KDN, HRDF, and others.
- Coordinate and handle disciplinary notifications, issuance of memos, and communication between management and employees.
- Advise management on employee relations issues, and revise company policies if necessary.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Education level: Minimum Degree or Diploma.
- Working experience: At least 2 years in a similar role.
- Special skills: Knowledge of UBS Payroll is an advantage.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, ISO QMS, and familiarity with government processes is advantageous.
- Others: Good interpersonal communication skills to engage with people at all levels.
