Are you passionate about human resources and have a knack for managing data efficiently? We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining our HR processes using the InfoTech HR System.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the InfoTech HR System to manage employee data, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave, and performance records.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinating and conducting employee orientation and training programs.
• Supporting the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Managing employee benefits and ensuring timely communication about any updates or changes.
• Handling employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Collaborating with the HR team to improve overall HR processes and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Generating regular reports and analytics using the InfoTech HR System to provide insights to the management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience working in HR or related roles.
• Proficiency in using the InfoTech HR System or similar HR software.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
