A leading technology company in Johor is seeking a Human Resources Executive to lead recruitment and training initiatives. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess over five years of HR experience, with a strong focus on process improvement and talent management.
Develop recruitment plans based on the company's strategy and business needs, clarifying recruitment targets, budgets, and channel selections.
Lead the full recruitment process (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, hiring decisions) to ensure timely onboarding of key positions.
Establish and update the talent database, regularly research industry talent trends, and reserve high-potential candidates.
Improve recruitment processes and evaluation criteria, develop job descriptions and qualification systems.
Analyze training needs, create annual training plans, develop training courses and materials, and coordinate internal and external instructor resources.
Establish training files, track employee performance improvement, and promote the transformation of training results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Over five years of experience in recruitment and training modules, with experience in managing a human resources team.
Familiar with the full recruitment process and tools, proficient in the STAR interview method and structured assessment models.
Expert in training needs analysis, with practical experience in systematic training course design, and the ability to innovate training formats.
Knowledgeable about labor laws in Malaysia and able to adapt to a high-intensity work pace.
Fluent in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English.
