We are seeking a versatile and people-oriented HR Officer / Executive to support a wide range of human resources functions at ROYCE' Malaysia. This role involves managing recruitment activities, supporting employee engagement, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee inquiries and support HR-related communications
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfill manpower needs
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting
  • Liaise with external vendors, job portals, and service providers
  • Undertake other HR tasks and projects as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of working experience in HR or related functions (fresh graduates with strong interest in HR may be considered)
  • Good understanding of general HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks independently
  • Familiarity with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters
