About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive to assists the HR manager in overseeing and directing all human resources functions within an organization. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and the development of HR strategies aligned with company goals. The role also ensures compliance with labor laws and helps create a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Management: Implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop career plans.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee benefits, manage payroll, and ensure fair compensation practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee Development: Organize training programs and identify opportunities for employee growth.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and implement activities to improve employee satisfaction and morale.
  • HR Operations: Manage employee records, generate reports, and maintain HR databases.
  • Any other task as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law .
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee relations .
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (Infotech).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
