This role is responsible for supporting foreign worker management, blue-collar recruitment, and the employee life cycle. Key responsibilities include managing HRD Corp applications, coordinating training, maintaining training records, and assisting with audits. The role also involves handling HR forms, ad-hoc tasks from senior HR staff, and supporting counseling, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
Assisting the foreign workers related matters.
Assisting on the recruitment blue collar process
Providing support to the HR Manager in employee life cycle processes
Manage HRD Corp application
Coordination on the training implementation
Updating training records for audit purposes
Responsible on Audit preparations
Manage and maintain HR Related forms
Additional ad-hoc tasks given by Senior HR Executive and also HR manager.
Assisting any counseling and grievance handling, maintaining disciplinary procedure
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in HR generalist role
Willing to work at Pasir Gudang
Energetic
Willing to learn
Good communication skills
Preferably working in a manufacturing company which has more then 500 headcounts.
