A fast-growing welding company is seeking an HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The role involves maintaining HR documentation and assisting HR projects, suitable for candidates with a diploma or degree in Human Resources and at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource - Full Spectrum.
  • Experience in using HR system.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are representing a fast growing welding company and as they are expanding, they are looking for HR Executive to join the team.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including 1 orientation sessions and administrative tasks.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Support the HR Manager in addressing employee relations issues and concerns.
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs and workshops.
  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Provide support in the implementation of various HR projects and initiatives.

Job requirements:

  • At least with a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or anyrelevant field.
  • At least with 2 years of experience in Human Resource - Full Spectrum.
  • Experienced in using HR system.
  • Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Melayu.
