Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Handle day-to-day employee relations and internal communication channels.
  2. Responsible for HR functions including recruitment & selection, salary administration, foreign workers management, immigration matters, and employee relations.
  3. Arrange and coordinate relevant training and development to improve employee work performance.
  4. Engage with employees to understand their workplace issues and support their training and development needs.
  5. Address HR issues such as employee grievances, complaints, and provide counselling/guidance.
  6. Manage workplace safety issues and handle related complaints.
  7. Plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee daily administrative functions.
  8. Maintain records of staff movements and ensure sufficient manpower for operations.
  9. Demonstrate good teamwork, self-motivation, results orientation, and high integrity.
  10. Work independently and efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
Job Requirements:
  1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  2. Ability to handle high workload and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
  5. Proficient in MS Office applications and payroll systems.
