About the role

Join the dynamic team at Green Summit Development Sdn Bhd as an HR Executive based in Miri, Sarawak. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in shaping the human resources strategy and driving key HR initiatives across the organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and offboarding
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Assist with workforce planning, talent development and employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
What we're looking for
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the consulting or construction industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiar with local labour laws and regulations
