Une entreprise dans le secteur manufacturier recherche un Human Resources Executive à Meru. Vous serez responsable de la gestion complète des ressources humaines, de la planification des effectifs à la formation des employés, assurant la conformité avec les lois du travail. Ce poste nécessite un diplôme en gestion des ressources humaines et 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans le secteur. Vous contribuerez à la création d'un environnement de travail positif et à l'évolution des employés.

Handle all aspects of human resources management, including compensation & benefits, manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, and performance management.
Schedule and conduct initial screening interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Responsible for all staff movements (recruitment, exit, transfer, etc.).
Prepare and review plans for manpower requirements in manufacturing.
Plan, implement, and monitor relevant policies, rules, and regulations.
Advise top management on employment and legal matters.
Provide training through internal and external sources.
Encourage staff development by developing training & development programs.
Design and review systems for handling employee grievances.
Ensure all payments/deductions from wages comply with labor legislation.
Review company policies, procedures, regulations, and working conditions periodically for legal compliance.
Oversee foreign management aspects such as hostel arrangements and work permit renewals.
Handle disciplinary issues and propose fair resolutions in accordance with employment law to mitigate legal risks.
Prepare and issue related letters to staff.
Participate in budgeting processes for HR.
Handle internal and external audits.
Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management.
At least 1-2 years of managerial experience in manufacturing industries is required.
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Strong recruitment and selection skills, including assessing candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels.
