Job Scope:

  1. Responsible for recruitment activities including screening candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, and liaising with recruitment agencies.
  2. Ensure recruitment plans are cost-effective.
  3. Develop, implement, review, communicate, and administer recruitment policies, programs, and processes in compliance with organizational objectives and relevant laws/regulations.
  4. Prepare salary proposals, communicate with Hiring Managers, and prepare appointment letters.
  5. Negotiate and communicate offer acceptances with new hires at all levels.
  6. Collaborate with plant managers, HR departments, and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  7. Manage foreign workers and liaise with external parties such as recruitment agencies.
  8. Assist in HR compliance and audit activities.

Zhejiang XinshengDa Holding Group Co. Ltd. is located in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. The group is an integrated enterprise involved in papermaking, chemical industry, import and export trade, real estate, and sports clubs. The existing land area is 380,000 sqm, with property area of 284,000 sqm for hardware facilities. We are investing in building a green paper industry park in Malaysia as part of our 3-phase project in Southeast Asia.

XSD International Paper Sdn Bhd, located in Kedah, Malaysia, will form the new headquarters of the XSD Group. The first production is scheduled for August 2020, with a goal of 2,100,000 tons in a 3-phase project creating over 3,000 employment opportunities.
