Job description

We are looking for a trustworthy and well-organized HR Executive to manage a variety of human resource functions. This role involves handling recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, and general HR operations to support a positive and compliant workplace. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting both the organization and its people.

Job Scope:
  1. Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
  2. Prepare and process payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory contributions
  3. Maintain and update employee leave records, attendance, and HR documents
  4. Assist in staff performance tracking, appraisals, and disciplinary matters
  5. Liaise with government agencies, auditors, and other external parties when required
  6. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the reporting manager
Requirements:
  1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in HR roles
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or QuickBooks)
  4. Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements
  5. Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to multitask
