A leading company in the Food & Beverage sector is seeking a Human Resources Executive to oversee the recruitment cycle, onboarding, and employee relations. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management and demonstrate strong communication skills, particularly in Mandarin. This role also involves supporting HR operations and fostering a positive work environment.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare and manage employment-related documents including offer letters, contracts, confirmation letters, and personal files.
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process: conduct orientation, introduce company policies, and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
Monitor employee probation and confirmation status; assist in the preparation of performance reviews and confirmation letters.
3. HR Generalist Support
Support daily HR operations including employee database management, attendance tracking, and policy implementation.
Assist in the development and revision of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned to improve processes and employee experience.
4. Employee Relations & Staff Issue Management
Serve as a point of contact for staff concerns, grievances, and general queries.
Assist in resolving employee issues through clear communication, policy guidance, and HR best practices.
Foster a positive working environment by supporting employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
Collaborate with management in performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution where needed.
Participate in the planning and coordination of training sessions and development programs.
Support HR team initiatives that contribute to employee growth and career progression.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage or related service industry.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
