Job Responsibility

Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation

Maintain employee records, leave tracking, and HR databases

Â

Support monthly payroll preparation and statutory submissions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS)

Â

Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities

Â

Handle staff queries related to HR policies and procedures

Â

Assist in drafting HR letters and memos

Â

Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with labor laws

Â

Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
