MISSION
The mission of this role is to support the successful establishment of a Shared Services Center by helping shape the company’s employer brand, defining a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and leading effective talent acquisition and retention strategies. In addition, the role will be responsible for managing daily HR operations.
Main Activities And Responsibilities
- Drive talent acquisition and retention processes.
- Execute the full spectrum of HR processes, including payroll, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations.
- Assist in developing and implementing company policies, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Contribute to workplace culture programs to foster a values-driven, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
- Support employees in all HR-related matters.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and ensure all personal files are up to date in the Company's HR platforms and information systems.
- Handle work visa applications, including administration and compliance.
- Perform other HR-related tasks and participate in various HR-related projects.
Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar role.
Qualifications And Skills
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent sourcing and hiring practices.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience in payroll processing and foreign worker administration is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Language proficiency: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
