  • Maintain employee records, update HR policies, manage employee benefits, performance, recruitment, payroll, training, and employee relations.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
  • Ensure efficient daily office operations, including facility management, filing, data entry, IT, maintenance, inventory, and compliance.
  • Assist with departmental operations through rotation.
  • Monitor office equipment maintenance, troubleshoot, and liaise with vendors.
  • Coordinate company events and employee recognition programs.
  • Build good rapport and collaboration with management and staff.
  • Manage office supplies and procurement.
  • Maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR and Admin Department or Management.
