Job Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance accurately and timely.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
  • Coordinate training programs and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure adherence to Malaysian labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, ideally in retail or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR compliance.
  • Proficient in bilingual communication, preferably English and Mandarin / Chinese, both written and spoken.
