Job description

Job Responsibility
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
    2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
    3. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
  2. Employee Relations:
    1. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and providing guidance as needed.
    2. Assist in the resolution of workplace issues and conflicts.
  3. HR Administration:
    1. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    2. Handle HR-related documentation, such as contracts, policies, and procedures.
    3. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  4. Employee Engagement:
    1. Organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
    2. Collaborate on initiatives to boost employee morale and satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  1. Diploma / Degree in HR Management, Public Relations, Mass Communication, International Business or related field.
  2. Friendly and people-oriented, with a passion for networking and confidence in reaching out to new people.
  3. At least 1 year working experience in Recruitment and Payroll processing.
  4. Computer literate in Microsoft Office Application & Payroll System.
  5. Good communication and written skills in English and Mandarin.
  6. Fresh graduates with minimal work experience are welcome as entry role available; training provided.
