Job description

This role responsible for HR activities including hiring, engagement, administrative support. Ensure close collaboration with operation & support team. Proactively drive ongoing business process improvement.

Your tasks


  • Drive recruitment effort, inclusive of sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offer management and on boarding
  • Assisting with the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures and processes
  • Providing HR support to employees, including answering queries, addressing concerns and helping to resolve issues
  • Coordinating employee onboarding, training and development activities
  • Maintaining employee records and files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Supporting payroll and benefits administration
  • Collaborating with managers or leaders to identify and address HR-related needs
  • Staying up-to-date with labour laws, regulations and best practices in human resources. Ensure adherence to employment laws, conduct HR audits, and maintain accurate documentation to support the organization's legal and ethical standards

Your Qualifications


  • Preferably Diploma or Degree in HR Management or Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years of manufacturing background experience in a human resources generalist role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • SAP knowledge (advantageous)
