HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who has experience in building teams for startup/SME companies. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Training & Development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures, and manpower planning.
• Manage HR functions such as KPI setting, performance management, and career development planning.
• Oversee and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and process documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to leaders in organizational structure and manpower planning.
• Handle pre-screening, interviewing, assessment, and hiring of candidates.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Proactive, pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, and willing to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred, as the role involves dealing with English and Mandarin-speaking employees.
• Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
