Drive and implement HR policies that foster a supportive, fair, and engaging workplace

Manage full-cycle recruitment — from screening resumes and scheduling interviews to conducting background checks

Keep employee data up to date with precision in our HR systems and records

Administer benefits and compensation programs that attract and retain top talent

Facilitate performance review processes and help managers provide constructive, growth-focused feedback

Serve as a go-to resource for employee concerns — resolving conflicts and promoting healthy communication

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies

Generate insightful HR reports and present workforce analytics to leadership

Oversee smooth and respectful employee offboarding experiences

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 2 years of hands-on HR experience

Solid understanding of HR laws and employment practices

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent people skills — approachable, diplomatic, and a great listener

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities

Trusted to handle confidential information with care and discretion

Fluency in Mandarin is a plus — helps in engaging with Mandarin-speaking employees and clients
